Since 2007 Oliver Pikal has worked in various hotels of the group. In 2014, he joined the B&K Head Office as Executive Manager Facility and Engineering. Since January 2023, Oliver Pikal is responsible for all technical issues of the B&K-BHG Group as Corporate Director of Engineering.

Verena Dienstbach joined B&K in November 2018. In her role as Chief of Staff, she is the right hand of the management in all strategic and operational matters of the company.

In April 2019 Ms. Susanne Schork joined the B&K division Finance & Accounting as Corporate Director of Finance. In her role she supports the administrative and operative processes in all B&K hotels & boarding houses.

From 2019 to 2022, Marc Wachal worked as General Manager for the Munich Airport Marriott Hotel at B&K.

Since July 2022 he has been working in the role of area manager for all B&K houses in the southern region.
